This Refund & Returns Policy outlines your rights as a customer, and the steps to take should you experience any problems with your order.
DAMAGED, FAULTY, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your parcel at hello@thevapedispo.com. Include:
– Your full name and order number
– A clear description of the issue
– Supporting photos
We’ll resolve it with a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the issue. Please do not dispose of the item until we’ve assessed your claim.
RETURNS FOR UNUSED PRODUCTS (CHANGE OF MIND)
Return unused, unopened items in original condition within 14 days. Contact us first to authorise the return. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a fault on our end.
Once received and inspected, we’ll refund your original payment method within 3–5 working days (excluding shipping).
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
– Used or filled cartridges
– Items without prior return approval
– Returns beyond 14 days
– Final sale or clearance items

CANCELLING AN ORDER
